About Megan, FNP
Megan, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), began her healthcare career in 2007 as a nurse’s aide, caring for Alzheimer’s and dementia patients. In 2008, she became an LPN and joined a medical mission in El Salvador, sparking a lifelong commitment to global health. She earned her RN and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Liberty University in 2012, followed by critical care training at Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore. From 2014 to 2021, she served as a critical care nurse at Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center, certified by the American Association of Critical Care Nurses.
Megan’s passion for service led her to volunteer in Malawi and Lesbos, Greece, during the 2015 Syrian refugee crisis. In 2021, she founded Cascade Infusions and Private Care, PLLC, using her critical care expertise to guide over 1,000 patients through severe COVID-19 illness with home-based IV therapies and concierge care, achieving zero patient losses. In 2024, Megan launched Pearl Family Medicine as an FNP, blending conventional medicine with holistic therapies to optimize health.
